It's the 12/12/12 party!  Every year since 7/7/07 this has been a very fun, exciting and popular cook out, party, and awesome jam session at Charle's house.  Open to whoever wants to come.  Eat, drink, play, sing.  Last one of it's kind.  We'll just have to come up with another excuse to party after this one!
